Returns and Exchanges

At Beaus and Lilies, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to have a smooth and hassle-free returns and exchange experience. Please take a moment to read through the details of our policy to understand the process.

Returns

Beaus and Lilies welcomes returns of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, or unused within 15 days from the shipment date. Here's what you need to know:

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns will be processed in the form of store credit.
  • For items damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Currently, Beaus and Lilies does not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or styles. If you'd like to exchange an item for an alternative size or style, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item to receive store credit (minus a $5.99 shipping fee).
  2. Place a separate order for the desired size or style.

Final Sale Items

Please note that specific items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return, even for store credit. These items include:

  • Sale Items
  • Seasonal/Holiday Items
  • Hats
  • Hair Accessories
  • Items Marked Final Sale

Defective Items

Should you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Here are the key points:

  • Provide a photo of the damage or defect when reaching out to us.
  • Failure to notify us within the 3-day window will result in the item no longer qualifying for a return or replacement.
  • Please note that damages resulting from improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing are not our responsibility.

Color and Pattern Variations

Kindly be aware that the precise colors of merchandise may differ due to factors like photography lenses, lighting conditions, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These variances do not constitute defects, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Initiating a Return

To begin the returns process, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at  contact@beausandlilies.com to initiate your return.
  2. Include one of the following: Order #, name of the person who placed the order, or the email used to make the order.
  3. Allow 2-3 business days for our response.
  4. Once approved, we will provide a return label via email. A $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your return store credit.
  5. Your store credit will be issued on a Beaus and Lilies e-gift card.
  6. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed after you've shipped the item back to us.
